All of Ultraframe’s windows and doors are steel reinforced, UV stabilised and Australian made products, which enables realistic time-frames of manufacture through to installation. We are flexible to work to your needs and are here to cater to your requirements to ensure we can deliver on our customer and quality guarantee.
Purchasing, Production and Installation Process
- Initial enquiry – Contact us via phone, email, messenger or visit us, so we can take some initial details.
- Free quotation provided – clear and in plain language to ensure we are meeting your requirements from the offset.
- Onsite survey – a surveyor will be in touch to schedule a convenient time to attend the premises to conduct accurate measurements and go through full options available to you, to ensure you are achieving the best products and results.
- Final quote – following on from a successful visit, the surveyor will update the sizes and make any additional alterations that were discussed at the onsite survey to your original quote.
- Confirmation to proceed – once we have received a signed copy of the final quote and deposit, we will be able to proceed with your formal order.
- Order confirmation and Manufacture – your order will be acknowledged and progress to the manufacture. Ultraframe will provide updates and commence scheduling with you for convenient install date(s).
- Installation – our friendly qualified and professional uPVC installers will install, seal and finish your products to the highest quality and professionalism throughout their attendance onsite. This includes the full removal of any rubbish and old products.
- Customer feedback – following completion of the installation of your new quality products, we welcome any customer feedback as it is Ultraframe’s promise to provide customer satisfaction and deliver only the best quality products and service to our customers.
